		<description>there is a 4 or layer of wax build up on 2 x 2 porcelain mosaic tile and grout joints and need to clean out and regrout with epoxy grout but the layers of wax are too hard to remove we have tried floor stripper, strippers ,brushing and scrubbing and cannot get wax out of grout joints they are also 1/8 of an inch wide please advise</description>
